Complex Informational Spectrum for Analysis of Protein Sequences
Please submit your protein sequences below.
By default this server will compute Absolute informational Spectrum. Real or Imaginary Informational spectrum if required can also be computed
Insert your email (use a valid email as the results will be delivered by email)
Maximum Discrete Fourier Transform Signal Length: 4096. If not selected signal length will be set to the greatest length of the Proteins Sequences given.
Apply Hamming Windowing
Compute REAL Informational Spectrum
Compute IMAGINARY Informational Spectrum
If your data submission is successful you will receive a confirmation email. The results will be delivered by email as soon as they are available.
Please note that this website will collect some data from every submission for testing and validation purposes.
Commercial use is not allowed. For any enquiries, please e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
